REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At UNFLTRDCO, we want you to love what you ordered. Please read the conditions below before starting a return.

 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the speed of our production process, you have up to 6 hours from the time your order is placed to request:

Address changes
Order changes
Cancellation due to change of mind

After this 6-hour window, your order may already be in production or packed for dispatch, and we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
Unused
In original resellable condition
Returned with original tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase

We do not accept returns for items that are worn, damaged, washed, altered, or missing tags.

Items without proof of purchase may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Limited Edition items are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be provided for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

 

CHANGE OF MIND / INCORRECT SIZING

For change of mind, incorrect sizing, or if you simply no longer want the item, we offer:

Exchange for another product
Store credit valid for 12 months

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or sizing issues.

 

HOW TO RETURN

Before sending your item back, please email us at:

unfltrdco1@gmail.com

Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for your return.

Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back to us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

REFUNDS

If your return is approved and you are eligible for a refund within 30 days, we will refund the cost of the product only.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, we will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.

In these cases, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
