Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. The final shipping fee will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Australia
Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery within Australia.

United States & United Kingdom
Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery to the US and UK.

Rest of the World
Please allow up to 10 business days for international delivery.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier brokerage fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

These fees may be charged by your local customs office or delivery carrier before your order can be released.

Customs rules are different in every country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Some countries may require the recipient to provide identification, such as a Tax ID, CPF, Unique Identification Number, or similar, before the parcel can be released.

 

UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If delivery is attempted and your order is not collected from your local post office or delivery location, the package may be returned to us.

If your package is returned due to being unclaimed, refused, or because of an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, a reshipment fee will apply.

We are not responsible for unclaimed or returned packages. Orders will only be resent once the reshipment fee has been paid.
